Tash is the CEO of TNB-Fitness and The New Beginnings Center, a nonprofit committed to making health and fitness accessible to all women.

As a Master Strength Coach, the highest honor in the profession, Tash has dedicated her career to helping individuals unlock their full potential. She has held strength & conditioning coaching positions at Vanderbilt University, Purdue University, Kent State University, and The University of Tennessee, coaching over 2,000 clients across all ages, abilities, and sports.

A fierce advocate for women, Tash is committed to breaking barriers—challenging stereotypes, overcoming self-doubt, and redefining what’s possible. She believes that fitness is more than just movement; it’s the foundation for transformation, confidence, and lifelong strength.

COACH

Amber is passionate about empowering women through fitness, believing that true strength starts from within. Her journey was shaped by
the informal youth development programs she participated in growing up, inspiring her commitment to fostering confidence, resilience, and overall well-being in others.

She believes that fitness should be fun, accessible, and centered on the whole individual—body and mind. Amber’s approach blends strength training with a focus on movement, mindset, and self-care, ensuring every client feels supported and capable.

Amber is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) accredited Personal Trainer, a NASM-Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a certified CrossFit Kids coach. Whether coaching young athletes or helping women build strength and confidence, Amber is dedicated to making fitness an uplifting and transformative experience.

TRILLIUM “TRILL” RICE,
COACH

Trill is a certified personal trainer and recent graduate of UT Chattanooga with a passion for bodybuilding and strength training. With a year of personal training experience, she is dedicated to helping women build
confidence, strength, and a sustainable approach to fitness.

She loves working in an all-women’s gym, where the focus is on empowerment, community, and supporting each other’s goals. Trill is also working toward competing in more bodybuilding shows and brings that same discipline, knowledge, and enthusiasm to every training session.

MELODY BARBOZA,
COACH

Melody has been coaching at TNB-Fitness for two years, bringing her passion for functional strength training and women’s empowerment to every session. As a certified personal trainer and functional strength coach, she is dedicated to helping women build confidence—not just in their strength, but in the space they take up.

Outside the gym, Melody’s world revolves around music and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Lilo. Whether she’s coaching, lifting, or enjoying time with her pup, she brings energy, encouragement, and a positive spirit to everything she does.
